TechCrunch is reporting that Amazon has officially acquired the domain name gandi.gg.
The domain was previously owned by Google.
It’s worth noting that gandi is a shortened version of Google’s gandib.com, the company’s name for the cloud computing company Google.
Google has been one of the most prominent brands that Amazon acquired when it bought Whole Foods earlier this year.
Google also owns Google Play, the app store, and YouTube, among others.
